That nice man Steve (Twister), donated his old tools to help a newbie get turning!
A quick clean, regrind and sharpen, and here they are.

A basic grind on each, until Lainey finds her feet, so to speak.
Another plus for Uncle Jim's fantastic creation!:thumbs:

Oh gosh , I've just found this post ! I'm a bit behind ! Thank you Neil and Steve they look amazing !I can't wait to use them . Thank you to everyone for your kind in put and words of encouragement. I'll do my very best to do the tools justice . This is a wonderful place because of the wonderful people here, you never fail to make me smile.

Thank you Terry , I look forward to making some and showing them on here . I just need to get a bit of free time to sort out my workshop and get the dust extraction situation researched and purchased ! ( oh and the electrician ) In the meantime Neil has very kindly offered to show me how it's done and get me started , which I'm really looking forward to .

No your right , no way out at all ! Everyone knows I've got a brilliant lathe and tools now ..... So I had better make sure I do a good job ! ( or learn how to photoshop !)
