Here we are after your long wait for which I apologise a video on how I make my stamp pen blanks I dont profess to know all the answers as I have just started doing them myself I would like to thank Brad and Paul for there very helpful advise hopefully a few of the experts will be along with...
I want to get a compressor for a pressure pot
But I have know idea what kind, don't have any experience with them.
I know i probably can't afford a quiet Bambi ...
70 psi is the max I think the tank can take, but from what I understand most people don't go above 50 ..
Any advice ???
Brad
Brad showed us around. At the time he was cutting out a Gatling Gun that fires projectiles on his big Lazer. He is the one I showed a Tank, Gatling Gun etc from a previous visit. The gun requires two large sheets.
He gave me this small box in progress not sanded yet.(incredible).
Peter.
This was the 3rd pen I've turned, "Sparkle Gold Inlace" on a slim-line.
I cracked the first attempt as the brad point came thru the back of the blank, one of many lessons learnt.
After visiting, I been playing with dyeing and stabilising.
Here's 3 Alpha's, Red, Yellow and 1 straight up to compare.
I think they were successful
Lot's to learn about stabilising, and dyeing
Cheers
Brad
