Had a go at casting with the tube in place rather than drilling. I didn't mix the resin well, it didn't seem to fully cure even after 4/5 days but it still cut OK. The pen is a Zeta and the resin is Opti cast 100 PU. Colours by Alumilite. Turning a pen. - YouTube

I ordered a couple of bits from Exotic....i have been following on track and trace.....5 days in the US its now been 12 in the UK. Bloody Parcel Force....its spent 6 days at Coventry in customs.....ok not to bad....but then they posted 'held at depot awaiting payment of customs charge' again...

Here are a few Omegas that i made over the past 2 days. Wenge, Brazilian bloodwood, Pink Ivory, Padauk, Pink Ivory again and Irish Bog Oak. No CA used, Sanded sealed then danish oil and a rubbing of wax.
