I’m Chris. I don’t turn pens regularly but have been looking at making a bunch of fountain pens, and with a passing interest in starting resin casting, I thought I’d join in. Hi everyone.
Ok, this is my first attempt at posting photos...
My son got me a lovely piece of wood called “Pink Ivory”
Turns very nice and made a Ball Point & Fountain pen set out of it for a friends birthday gift.

My nephew and his beautiful fiancee are getting married in a couple of weeks, so I have made them this Mistral fountain pen dressed in pearl-white acrylic, presented in a fabulous Beech box made by silver.
He was kind enough to laser-engrave it while I watched - fabulous!
Thought you might like to see the rollerball version. (I confess this is actually the same bit of turning as the fountain pen - I've just swapped the components for the photo, but I hope you get the idea)
