    glue for Celtic Knot

Hi All, I have been through quite a list of posts about Celtic Knots. I have taken in the ideas I need to cut the knot. My problem now is 'what glue do I use'. If using a couple of layers of metal I would use CA but would this be suitable for metal to wood ?? Same with plastic, I would use CA...

    Bullet key chain

Didn't want to steal Jim's thread. I buy spectra ply in 1x10x35 panel. For pen blanks I rip them 3/4 square. The strip left over I thickness sand to use for Celtic Knot blanks. This happens to be the pink and blue.

    Double knot.

I thought I'd try a double Celtic knot, this pen is made from Iroko and plastic strips. I'm not sure about the outcome, maybe I should have just formed the one knot. C&C please.

    Celtic knot pen

First attempt at Celtic knot pen I used a scroll saw as I wanted a thin kerf to fit aluminium strips from a coke can. The pen was made from lime wood and did not have much grain and was very plain so used 3 wood dyes from chestnut. Pen finished with c a then sanded and polished.

Made a Sierra Knot a while back. Someone requested a pair. Lucky, this was the last kit I had. Black Wanut with Poplar knot.

    Making a Celtic Knot sled

I was asked for detailed instructions on building a Celtic Knot sled. Apologize for taking so long to get it done. Gladly answer any questions. This is a power point file.

First posting in ages; an oak pencil with walnut Celtic cross

Not posted in ages but so much inspiration on this site I thought I'd post one again. I made this pen as a retirement present for someone who liked propelling pencils but used only disposables. A summary of the steps taken with photos is also attached. Any comments and improvement tips welcomed.
