So my wife wanted a Bog Oak pen to add to her collection.
I didn't want the usual pens out there so with Mr Flexi's help we decided on an Havana, quite short and stubby, 4 different size bushes with opposite tapers.

Anyhow she got it for her birthday and loves it ...
Deffo on a roll today. Again turned these a lot faster than I previously have, made such a difference.
Both finished with melamine which I love.
First Ben is bog oak and second one is zebrano.

Two pens in bog oak with different Chestnut finishes. The one at the top is a chrome PSI bolt action finished with Spray Acrylic Satin lacquer, the one at the bottom is a chrome Beaufort Sirocco finished on the lathe with melamine lacquer applied by hand.
