I had another go at the Delta, and this time I found away to bring together the two halves without the unsatisfactory contact from before. I flared the ends either side of the centre band. The blank was quite funky, so I think it works ok..... Adie

This is the second acrylic turning pen I have ever done. Hopefully I have improved on the first one I did the other week, and addressed some of the issues, such as not turning down the nib end enough! I have also added the little 1mm step on the bottom half, and stuck to the thicker bottom half...
