How many of you have come to the same conclusion as myself about Craft Fairs. I am finding the following Fairs in the summer months and especial sunny days are very poorly supported. The number of pens sold are well down compared with winter sales. Best months September to December and worst...
I am very proud to think that tomorrow a few people will be given a pen turned by me as a Christmas gift, People that I've never met and probably never will. I have sold quite a few to people who have said they are for presents. A good feeling. :banana:
Apologies if this is a common question that pops up...but I have searched the forum for an answer and struggled to find one.
I been selling a few pens...mainly Slimlines, but also a few Scribe Pens from Axminster. The Slimlines I set at £15 for any wood...although I only use 6 or 7 standard...
A few pens I turned today one for the barmaid I scrapped the last one pink glitter one red glitter 2 battle of Britain and one with standard stamps all will be sold to rais funds for our veterans except the one for Lisa
This is worth millions of brownie points, I can get just about anything I want now. Won't have any savings left though as it's part one of spending the kids inheritance. :ciggrin:

I took My small selection of pens to show the teachers and technicians this morning, by 9.30am. I'd sold nine, they love them, and I've even taken orders for specific pens and finishes. Think I'll turn some more! :drool:
