The first piece is a bit of driftwood and bleached white, the second is Southern American Pine which was very yellow. If it were food, it would be burnt and inedible - as usual :funny:

In Beech, tried to keep it simple and it turned out something less than delicate! Nice to write with though - being a bit thicker makes it easier for me to grip :thumbs:

Evening all.
I organised a couple of days in 2014 and 15 that raised money for the School I worked in, and gave an enjoyable (hopefully) day out for many people I know in the wood turning world.
I have since left the School but may resurrect this meet if there is enough interest?

Blank is "Fiji" from Axminster. The photo's are not terribly good and don't show the finish well. I'm happy with the "burr" but the Alumilite not so sure :thinks:
