.243 Bullet pen with antler top

I do .308 bullet pens and a guy that bought 2 asked if I could make one from his .243 cases, I knew the slimline would need some jiggling about as the 7 mm tube wont fit through the .243 or 6mm, the guy sent me some antler as I had suggested he send me a case and antler from a stalking trip he remembered and I would make HIS pen from them, I was gifted some .243 bullets from flexi on here so it was up to the loft to see what I could come up with

The idea flowed ,these cartridges are interesting as I have dabbled with them,the designing kicks the Antler into something else. Call it a success.

The design of being able to show the original antler was totaly by chance , I could have turned it out but I like to see it in a pen , but now i have done this one I am sure I could design it to leave antler patern in future
