Yeah led I agree. I finish with cancer which looks great. But, for some reason I've been trying friction polish on top of the ca and a lot of types it ends up streaky or smudged. I think I'm just gonna stick with the ca.

Nice grain. I am not sure why you want to add a friction polish to the ca? I have always understood friction polish to be a rather weak finish not too suited to being handled. That might be why the finish is roughing up a bit before photography?
