Once deprimed i drill the cases on my pillar drill, 7mm for brass tubes, 1/4" for the twist mechanism (using real bullets for the nibs)

I buy the tips from my local gun shop, I drill the back and remove the lead with a tourch/ heat, then put them in a collet chuck on my lathe and drill a 2mm hole in the tip (again I go from the back, it self centers, otherwise you have to file a flat on the tip)
Once done I use a cartridge reloading press to swage the tip in the case.
