Is there a pen kit that is slightly fatter than a standard slimline without turning a slimline more rotundly? How fussy a female can be :rolling: She likes the slimline design turned flush with the fittings but says the slimline is not fat enough and didn't like the Sierra or Lucida as they are too fancy :nooidea: I've looked at the Streamline but I've not seen one to look at. Can anyone recommend a kit that can be turned flush with the fittings but that is plain in design and fatter than a slimline? :thinks::thinks:

Streamline in black / white acrylic, 7mm as slimline most parts are interchangeable, the main difference being the slightly larger centre band :thumbs::thumbs:

Have I got the wrong idea? I thought Ray wanted a straight pen but with a larger diameter in a similar style.
Cigar fits the bill init?

Have you got a pic of one Brian?

Thanks for all the suggestions and photos so far chaps. I reckon Woody's idea of the Comfort without the rubber band might be the one I'm looking. Has anyone got a photo of the comfort pen?

the only cigar pic I can find is a one piece mod mate I haven't made one for ages, they are not a kit I tend to do often, no demand for them here.
You can see from Don's pic that they are on a similar line as the slimline with a twist transmission and a larger pen in general.

So does the threaded slimline now you mention it Mark.
But it really is only a gnats cock bigger.
I can send you one if you fancy it Ray but I believe you turn on a mandrel init?
These things need a 5mm mandrel

This is one of those that I can't remember the name of. Maybe someone will recognise it. But I think it will suit the bill.

Threaded slimline thats a new one.

It may well be the same kit Mark I only know it as threaded slimline cos that what we called it when we did an order via Paul M, he could probably tell you more.
I got 10 and a mandrel I don't use still have 8 of em or was it 10 of each plating I can't remember.
There was quite a bit of discussion on the forums but I think it was when you were on walkabout, a search might bring up something.
I am sure I did a review on them, maybe I dreamt it.
