Any of the above. If I want a fatter pen than the slimline with standard bits I use the streamline or make my own CB or make one without a CB. I also like the cigar which has a lovely weight to it.

The Threaded pens aren't quite as bit a hit as I thought they'd be and I've only made a few myself, usually during demos as I don't have to press anything in. I don't know why I don't use them because in theory they're excellent. They have a thicker tube wall, can be taken apart and the colour of the fittings changed if required and are generally better than the standard slimline... Maybe its because they need the thinner 5mm mandrel and I can't be bothered to change it.

As promised Ray two comfort pens one with the rubber grip and one without it hope this helps mate you can buy the just C/B from Helen on ebay and use a slimline kit

Many thanks to everyone who posted pics of their pens to help me decide. I appreciate your efforts. I'm going to make a start by trying the comfort pen without the rubber bit as in Woody's pics and see how it looks. It's a kit I've been meaning to try so it's as good an excuse as any to get a few. :thumbs:
