New mandrel shaft turned up this afternoon!

Good looking pen Neil, i like the washer idea for the C/B .. Nice piece of timber also .. :wink:

Nice job is the washer i.d.the same as the transmission did you glue them to one another
or leave them loose .

Thanks guys.
The washers were a bit of a fluke really. Thought the blank would look better as a streamline, so looked about for something to fit, rather than do the obvious thing, and turn a CB. (lazy)
Amazingly these 4 had the same internal diameter as the bought centres. and the external diameter matched the bushings!
Might have to see if I can get some more!
