If you go for free shipping then 10 - 14 days, if you pay for TNT about 3 days but risk being charged duty etc.

you pays your money and takes your choice.

They quote 16 - 20 days (if I remember right). The orders are shipped from Singapore. It took 10 days from placing my order for it to be shipped from Singapore and 3 days in transit. So a 13 day turn around.
No matter which service you you, you risk being charged duty. The difference is with TNT it is almost certain, whilst with the free post it is unlikely.
Twister - Can't you track your order? You could always e-mail and ask what the delay is

Well I am surprised to see you buying these at any price after slagging them off in the poll I did with them.
Some people never learn and won't be told init?
What do I care? Waste your money.
As for delivery from TB I have been the lucky one and never waited more than four days.
In fact delivery locally took longer than the other side of the world on a good few occasions.

Good to see you back Brian

It does seem that they've change the Empress now and a cartridge will fit whereas it wouldn't before. That was my gripe with them.

Well I will be buying some of the "Empress" kits. But solely because if I sell any Wedding pens I want some classy ones (Roman Harvest) for customers with taste
and some cheap blingy ones (Empress) for the Salford t*rt*, I mean young ladies :goesred:

Got mine today and the cartridge supplied fits, I have a an Empress bought a year or so ago and it is exactly the same size, none of my old carts fit, the Timberbits Carts fit though.
