I'm considering buying this here pen vice from Axminster, looks to be a good bit of kit, but before I splash out yet again (I'm awaiting a £250 order from them) is there anyone on here who has experience of them?
At the moment I'm making do with a home built contraption in a drill vice, it sort of works but up to today I haven't managed to drill a perfectly centered hole.....
:sob:

I use one and get very good results. I use a lot of mishapen wood which wouldn't be good in a chuck but is good in a vice.

I used to have one but the quill on my drill press didn't have enough travel to go all the way through the blank so I sold it. But it worked well
