If you're lucky you'll get the samples,120 x 40 x 12mm btw, if not just the installers details but in either case then call in to the local installers and beg offcuts. Might cost you a pen or two but that's all.

Easier for me 'cos I'm a kitchen installer but they tend to be helpful.

Or send a very nice man a PM:whistling::whistling::whistling::whistling::whistling::whistling::funny::funny::funny:

Nice Woody, you've been a busy lad.

A couple of ways you can get corian without parting with your pocket money:

Visit the Dupont website - http://www.dupont.co.uk/products-an....html?collection=colours-for-kitchen-worktops
Choose a few colours (don't be too greedy) then send them a message on the contact form in your best cowtow manner. Spin a yarn saying you're thinking about putting in a solid surface kitchen and you've looked at granite but Corian has been suggested and can they pretty please send you some samples (list which ones) so you can look and choose in your own kitchen environment. Ask for the details of their nearest suppliers/installers.

So simple woody. I'd seen something on YouTube where the guy made a large disk, drilled holes with a forstner and used them as a jam Chuck which looked really complicated. Thanks for the tip mate.

you mean something like this?ScreenShot002.gif

I just cut a ply disk and stuck a round bit of spare wood that fits the chuck and glued it to the disk lining up the Centre, takes very little time!
