Brilliant work Bill.
Can I ask what problems you found with the bowling balls? I have 4 composite and would have a go at that at some stage. Got them free so nothing to lose.

Bob I couldn't cut the composite with ordinary tools. Had to use carbide & a router in a jig for the clock & base recesses. Cutting the base in half was the worst job. Get Lignum bowling balls if possible, much easier.

Thanks Bill
I have both types but was struggling to think what to do with the composite ones. Maybe a couple of sets of oversized "clackers" (does anyone remember those knuckle bashers?):funny:
