Hi all, well it's nice in here.....I don't do wood often, but must try more.....
So here we have a GM Omega with a Cocobolo jacket.....the finish is something I am trying out....it's a wood workers oil, it's from a hand tool manufacturers, apparently you dip it....let it soak a bit then drip dry and buff.....the oils cure and create a finish. They claim it only gets better with age/ use......so let's see
I have checked and it doesn't contain Unicorn tears or rocking horse poo, or even Scotch mist.....IMG_20181122_175638.jpg

That's wood Mark!!!:funny::funny: Very nicely turned. The finish sounds interesting, you will have to sell/give it to someone you know and see how it looks after time.:thumbs:

That’s going to be interesting seeing how that finish stands up to use. Nice blank Mark
