Hi all, well it's nice in here.....I don't do wood often, but must try more.....
So here we have a GM Omega with a Cocobolo jacket.....the finish is something I am trying out....it's a wood workers oil, it's from a hand tool manufacturers, apparently you dip it....let it soak a bit then drip dry and buff.....the oils cure and create a finish. They claim it only gets better with age/ use......so let's see
I have checked and it doesn't contain Unicorn tears or rocking horse poo, or even Scotch mist.....

That's wood Mark!!! Very nicely turned. The finish sounds interesting, you will have to sell/give it to someone you know and see how it looks after time.

Another way to go it sounds similar to the gun finish fluid it works much along the same lines. Neat pen Mark.
