Some may not like this type of thing but I have found this design works well for those who have trouble holding a pen so it is very practical and in my opinion it looks pretty good and it sits nicely in the hand not your normal chunky disabled pen this one will be going in the charity box anyway I do hope you enjoy and it gives some ideas for the compo I have another one on the lathe but I had to come in and wait for a delivery

Here are a few more the first one I made one like it for a woman with muscular disease and she said it was the first pen she could hold and use and that made my day far more rewarding than making big profits from a pen the next two have purpleheart inserts with coves cut into them

Quality pens indeed, and great examples for members who were a tad concerned on how to add these two pens Woody .. I hope these pens can inspire them to enter the competition my friend .. :winking:

Brian in my youth I kept o number of Budgies teaching them to talk reminds me of you writing to Woody in a friendly way.

Woody like the playing with shapes curious why comments re sharp features would be a preference on a pen, one I made from three knurled brass dart bodies had relatively deep knurling feels great to use for working hands like mine but for her ladyship in a mansion might be considered cruel.

Definition in turning is personal but sometimes softly wins the race IMHO>.

Kind regards the competition awakens. Peter.
