Brian in my youth I kept o number of Budgies teaching them to talk reminds me of you writing to Woody in a friendly way.

Now this made me laugh .. It couldn't have been said any other way for it getting across to us exactly the meaning of what it meant .. :bwink:

Thank you all for your comments I only hope they help some of you turn out some outstanding pens for the compo the one with the purple heart insert at the nib end has gone

Think I'd better empty the bin in the shed before I start, it may be full again very soon I think.

Thats it Phill give it a go mate it will soon become second nature just like any other turning discipline pens or bowls

i think theses are lovely. i know a few people with writing issues and these designs look just the ticket. i'm of to post a pm to a friend up the coast to see if he can teach me how to do beads and coves.
