Hi guys

Couldn't see if there's info on this (sorry - probably is a perennial question I've somehow missed!!!), but I'm trying to find places that could potentially do custom pen clips for me in due course with my logo on them.
Effectively this sort of thing where it has a tiny badge on (or just the badge bit itself even):

My logo is a very simple 2 letter one but I've no idea who/where can make it on teensy little badges or actually part of a pin if you see what I mean. Any ideas gratefully received but not found a lot online so far admittedly....

I have got a CNC machine (well, a mini-mill I recently converted to CNC at least) and it could feasibly be worth a try.

I think think if I could get clips that have a blank round section on them, so I mean ready to add a small round insert logo then I could do the rest. It'd be better probably like that then trying to add a separate piece after the fact and expecting it to stay attached forever no?

What about event promotion firms? Key ring manufacturers? I think the problem you will have is quantities and minimum orders and I fear most roads will lead to PRC. Of course if you found a firm in China you could ask for a sample of 50 or so 'blank' pen clips for r&d purposes, some will be willing to accommodate that.

One idea I've got is if I can make or buy a tool that's like a metal stamp to punch the initials of my logo (simply: db) into a surface then I can fill the recess with something like brass powder to highlight it. Fine if I'm adding a CA finish the pen, but not sure how otherwise.

What do all you folks do to add your own personalisation/brand/signature etc to your pens?

Thanks I've been trying to find ones that have basically a recess on the clip to add your own logo but not found a place doing those yet.
Been looking on Aliexpress and so on but the search continues!

If you have cnc then why are you not cutting your own.
Easy to do a basic clip slightly harder to make it fancy but nothing you couldn't do yourself init?

At some point yeah, but trust me for now I wouldn't be able to make anything remotely approaching useable!
This is the sort of thing I need but the site I found it doesn't seem that good for actually finding how to order and I think I'd be paying several dollars each & still having to make & add my logo too.

Turn the pen best I can select the blank carefully.

I don't add anything to my pens and I think unless its very subtle it might stop punters buying them.
