I'll dig out the pens that I have turned in the morning and inspect the platings but I didn't spot any quality issues with the platings when I assembled them.

As Peter says we compared his gold plating to my chrome and there is a vast difference.
The gold on his is very poor and thin wearing away as you look at it.

No it's not unheard of, it's in Yorkshire. Just because it's not on the M32!!

I did actually go to the York meet Neil, I was being sarcastic even though you might say 'What me being sarcastic?' But I still didn't get a pen :down:

Sorry Peter, Neil was sent one of each to allow him to compare the quality. I had no intention of stocking the standard gold as I hope to offer quality products. The standard gold were only intended to be samples. Perhaps I should of not send the standards out.
