It's horses for courses.
I use CA on some pens. On other pens I use friction polish and Microcrystalline Wax
And that's down to how I'm feeling at the time more than anything else :face:

i have been "playing" with melamine spray
started to prefer it to ca finish
but must say i like shellac \ wax finish
