Very impressed by your furniture deeply impressed by the built in cupboards great depth and space to them no more tripping over stray chairs etc. Delicate tables different designs look fun to me. Thanks for showing Froggy.

Thanks again for the nice comments guys. Peter I'm glad you like the designs. Most of what I make is copied from somewhere or other but I try and add something a bit different with each piece.

Some lovely furniture there Tim:thumbs::thumbs: why didnt you move to Aust I need a neighbour like you.:thinks:

Funnily enough Mark we nearly did. I wanted to move to Os or Canada but my wife wanted to be nearer her family. At first things weren't working out in France so we started the process of moving to Os but in the meantime we got sorted here (a long story) and the rest is history. I have visited Os though and I loved it, just wish I could have seen more.

I must have seen many films of expats moving to France with many and various experiences I like the thought and bravery of your move and consideration of your wifes wishes both commendable most of us spend our lives with if onlies better to apologise than miss out on the experiences. I will never forget one daughter attending University in Hawaii with an urgent request for us to answer by return which classes should she pursue? This we did naturally the next thing a statement I am marrying an Hawaiin six months or so later his parents cant afford to travel the wedding will be here. Goodness we were not flush only flushed by this and yes we turned up in Hawaii for the wedding. A parents lot is.........?

Froggy my thanks I just had a geography lesson courtesy of Google placing France below the UK the overall shape of France seen in miniature resembles a Rhino with its head down and where the eye would be is Chateauponsac helps me a great deal to understand more about the world of turners on this forum I see there are lots of empty houses small population and peaceful surroundings. Good for you mate.

You have created some fantastic pieces of furniture Tim. Sorry for late reply I am just in the progress of catching up after the crimbo hols.

Look forward to your pens when you turn them.

The Paulm you are thinking of is on here but goes under the name of Paulm1 and is not the Paulm on here, if that makes sense.
