Tell me about it - I had to brush the snow off my shed and throw on some salt (I don't trust the quality of that building, It collapsed due to heavy snow in 2010, and the replacement is not much better.. roll on March when I'll be building my own workshop!) ... I don't have heating in there either, yet I'm still turning! (Turning blue that is.. :funny: )

I've been seeing posts on facebook about places coming to a standstill with 1" of snow...things are ticking along fine here (In case it's hard to see, it reads 5.5" :rolling: )

Bob why not just clear a couple of holes to look out of, make it harder for the speed cameras to identify you

Good call Mark. One of the guys I used to work with got stopped by the police for having 6 inches of snow on the roof of his car the bobbie said it was like driving through a blizzard when he was following behind he got off with a warning it but seemingly it is against the law.

ha no spose they think of that as an act of god and the police might draw the line at serving a ticket just in case Peter won't let them through the pearly gates.

I don't think that they are allowed to call it an "Act of God" anymore otherwise the church would be a very poor place now with all the law suits:rolling:

Seem to remember a film about the act of God thing something to do with insurance not being paid as they blamed it on an act of God and the customer taking them to court and asking them to prove there was a God it involved having the clergy in the dock and was quite humorous but can not remember what it was called.

We see it in the hills every year around us lowering the temp by chill factor, for me thats near enough. Much cooler day 30 Celcius. Like the theory of only the wrong choice of clothes.

Peter.
