I stop useing IE for as it was rubbish and have been using chrome ever since and i have not had a problem

I use Chrome and have some very strange episodes only on this forum sometimes I just hang up and leave for a spell or until it improves.

Mine's OK...
Might be worth running a Cleaner Program, gets rid of a lot of crap that Browsers make and keep which will slow you down.
I use CCLeaner.... its free. Try it nothing to loose (Run the Cleaner and then the Registry Cleaner...

I only installed it today Rowdy there cant be any crap on it yet, It is still updating to current versions of everything.
No other software installed yet just the os win 8.1 now was win 8 yesterday.
