For 10 mins work, you can't go wrong with them Brian .. I wouldn't mind seeing one made by you if you were to have all the right gear .. :thumbs: Mind, we wouldn't be able to afford them then .. :ciggrin:

that's the whole point of the exercise Jim, I have router and table and bench saw all stashed a way in the other shed.
By the time I clear a space for it and set it up I could do two of these.
If I were going into production then yes I would take the time to setup and get them right but if you make them too nice people don't believe it's hand made so these are plenty good enuff for the chavs round ear.

Thanks but not around here Andy I don't have them sort of customers, i'll only do the odd one here and there, it was only how to and make it work.

Not once you get a system Bob, cut, drill, glue, rub, squirt.
There is a how to on my website if you get stuck but it really is easy and quick.
If you only do one size or do standard sizes you could template it for even more speed and accuracy.
