It's going to be a doddle for you doing that kind of thing, depending on the gearing you should be able to do barley twists as well, the world is your oyster with that lathe.

The lathe was brought from a house in my avenue about 100 yards away .. Pulled down by a hand pallet trolley .. I spent a bit of time with the man's Son Simon, reminiscing about our Fathers and what they got up to etc .. While there i was looking at a milling machine that she is selling a NU-Tool one with enough accessories to run a shop, this was my Fathers sold to Bob after my Father died .. I doubt that had i the room to put this i wouldn't have bought it .. An Aladdin's cave to someone for sure ..

Anyway here she is sat waiting to be cleaned and brought back to life ..
