I actually bought hdpe sheet which the resin doesn't stick to, but maybe the cutting boards in OZ are made from different material or you were unlucky that the board wasn't the right material.

You could always make your own from the hdpe bottle tops like Ted melts.

I got it from Ebay, but can't remember who the seller was.

Yes, 10mm it's a good thickness to be able to use screws in it. I remember drawing out the pieces I needed to cut and then trying to get a piece that would accommodate the 3 I wanted to make, with the least possible waste.
