I'm glad you've found a way to tackle acrylics Steve, it works well. I use around carbide cutter to get near, then I use a negative rake round nosed scraper that I made with angles of 25 and 45 degrees it does a wonderful job of peeling, leaving a very smooth surface. :thumbs::thumbs:

Very nice pen, It might be your first Acrylic pen, but looking at the quality you must have turned a fair few other pens :thumbs:
