Good afternoon everyone! (Well morning here...) A certain member of your fine establishment posted a picture of one of his pens made from my blanks and I believe I saw a bit of traffic from here on my own website. I figured I'd stop in and say hello to the pen turners on the other side of the pond.

I'm Tim, been turning pens off and on for a bit over a decade. Started casting a while back and came up with the crazy idea of using real diamond in my blanks to make my pens stand out. Long story short, turns out that other folks like turning them too so I decided to make them available. Working on making them available for you all as well, but you'll just have to wait a bit longer on those details. :)

And because all threads are worthless without pictures... Attached a few photos of some of my blanks and pens I've turned from them.

Hi Tim and welcome.
Yes I saw your pen blank on this forum. Really good looking.
You will probably be able to offer advice to those over here that make pen blanks.
Enjoy the Forum

Dave

I'm not sure I'm allowed to let the cat out of the bag just yet but the hope is that you guys won't need to organize a group buy because I'm going to pack a box full of them and send them over to be resold and make life much easier on you AND me.

So with the Aussie's and the Brits here I guess now is not the time to have a discussion about what proper football is? :whistling:

There is only one football Tim and that is Rugby Football! Everything else is a pale imitation!

When I was a kid we played football in the street with a pigs bladder & when we played in the team it was with a bladder & leather casing which weighed Aton when it got wet. You had to hope you didn’t head the lace or you knew about it. Ah! Memories...memories. Sorry! Just doting.
