Not pens but turned hope it's of interest. These are dimple lock picks that I make.

Sorry didn't know where to write this on the post.

These are lockpicks to that I make including the metal working part. Happy to answer any questions about them and very happy to have any thoughts on them

Not been on for ages, posted ages ago for some basic advice and have gotten to the point that I am slightly proud of my work and want to expand on my turning part of the process so came back and will be looking to scavenge ideas

Apologies if not fully on topic and will go away if it's pens and pens only but I do enjoy the wood turning part of the process and you guys are the closest thing to what I like to make, most of my ideas spring from pens

Anyway hello again

Hi nigel, don't worry the main section is pens but I think (sorry if I am wrong) but most of the people here make / turn (or in my case) throw things together :funny: :funny:
Theylook really good, love the colours and detail to them, I understand what they do (from your description) but wouldn't have a clue how to use them, any locks I haven't been ableto open is normally sorted by a 20lb sledge :whistling::whistling::whistling::winking:

PS: Might be better in the "Other things we turn" Section

Welcome back...
Those are very nice indeed, very clever idea too...unlike Gadget, I am more sophisticated in my lock picking and drill them out:chuckle:

Hi Nige,
I like them. I can see the white is an inlay (very concentric too) but what is the beading finish?
Who do you sell these to? I'm assuming Locksmiths and not erm... well, I'm assuming Locksmiths šŸ˜…

Martin.

Really cool tools, lockpicking is a real sport! šŸ˜ Iā€™ve my own kit and just practice on a variety of locksā€¦wish Iā€™d had a dimple pick as Iā€™ve been stumped recently by a padlock with dimples!

Can you include instructions please. With those in my pocket I would not need to carry so many keys. There are the keys to the fronts door 2 locks. There are the keys to the back door 2 keys. There are the keys to my shed. Not to mention the car and the garage doors. By the way Lovely work.

Hi Nigel @NIGBEE - it's great to see your work, and you are most welcome here on the Forum. However, I've moved your post to a more appropiate sub-section
