Unfortunately Dan its a pain that can take a while. The import licence is your responsibility and I used to use an import company to tell me what the right codes were. Hopefully you won't be charged storage as this can mount up pretty quickly. I had to pay £500 for a container that was kept in the dockyard for a few weeks but hopefully its in TNT's own warehouse and won't charge you.
