Pen boxes

As I mentioned in another thread I sell these pen boxes as an added value item. Sadly I dont make the boxes I buy them in then sand off the finish on the lid and the wife then pyrographs a personalised design on it. I then put a couple of coats of sanding sealer back on the lid and it looks as good as new again.

I'm not sure, I bought 14 from turners retreat the other day 4 for a tenner on clearance, if they continue to sell well I might be after another 30 or 40?

I guess you could but I don't have a router table. I'd need a new router too as the one I have won't stay switched on without holding the button down. And to be honest with the amount of work involved in making just one box it's more economical to buy them ready made
