I think its to do with the dogs dangles & the cats whiskers but nothing to do with animals be it cats or doge but it may be the weather or not so if you take all the pluses and the minuses that have been mentioned and do your sums you should get sum sort of answer or maybe not yes I think that explain's it al don't you

Right I've just shown this thread to a friends 5yr old and she didn't understand it either so I'm pleased with that....
