Yes, I've heard the on board dial on the small electrics are not that accurate. What model do you have and has it been OK?

a cheap and cheerful one, had it so long I can't remember where it came from. it smells a bit when it fires up cos there's loads of crap inside now ..:funny::funny:

You have lost me with the stabilising and ovens, as an ex chef, never put a bit of wood in an oven before, joint of beef came out of one like a piece of wood once though, blamed the commi chef of course. :rolling:

Took me a while to.convince the wife the little over was for wood and not for pies and pasties. Still not sure where fully believe me
