I have made an attempt of making my own silicone mould. It has four chambers, which maybe one to many for this size? I took the side off tonight to see if had set, but it was still damp so maybe i will leave this until the weekend ... :thinks:

I made a support box for it to sit in as the side walls are thinner than i would like, so now all i need to do is use it for casting ... :bwink:

I placed the blanks in it as it was difficult to see the beds for the casting ...

The silicone mould i made the other week came into play last weekend, i had to build a support box for he mould to sit in as the edges were thinner than i would have liked, so as a precaution i sat the mould in here when i was pouring the PR mix into the blank segments. I will be taking the blanks out on Friday night or Saturday morning, lets see how easy they come out ... I did pre-spray the mould with a release agent before the mix was poured.
