That is a fine looking pen Terry and the finish looks well on it. So far I haven't tried it on a pen but my experiments on offcuts have produced a nice satin finish without too much effort and no noxious fumes. I wonder if burnishing it would produce a gloss finish. Must try that.

Thanks Walter. I tried burnishing it but it didn't make any difference. !!!!

Good job on the pen.

That is the type of pen I like cheap to produce:whistling:
