Yes using Powertex medium there are two layers the second layer cut and turned back and pinned into position till it started to harden.

just remember I am doing the world tour demonstrations and making the £Ms 
I just like mixing things up a bit and trying something new to see what happens... I have a few ides in the head with this mind...

I like to mix it up a bit.. so I thought I would try some serious texturing using Powertex
This might get me drummed out of the club..

Oh boy! have you given me some ideas. I didn't even know that this Powertex exsisted. I was wondering if the fabric could be turned and sanded when hardened.
I can see some experimentation on the horizon. Lovely piece and well done.

Haha, I will go against the grain, I don't really like it lol, guess its not really my thing but then I never was very artistic.

Oh yes it’s coming to the club ... I will get banned one day as many just don’t like anything other than pure wood

I don’t take a lot of notice of purists, I turn what I like not what they tell me I should like.
As regards taking pieces in, there’s been some harsh criticism of some pieces in the past unfortunately which just puts people off. Some forget they knew bugger all when they first started.
