We are being plagued by queen wasps looking for a nest site. We usual see a few each spring but this year we seem to have a frightening amount. Killed about 50 of the blighters in the last couple of weeks. Anybody else notice the increase or is it just us.:thinks:

Sounds a bit scary George! Can't say I've seen any. Are they wasps or hornets?

Would it be worth contacting pest control or RSPCA perhaps?

This year the Wasps are small ones. Previous they were paper wasps. I am very wary of them because they sting immediately and again and again. They have built on our outside lights, due to get up a ladder and spray them, wasps gone. Seems they are universal worries.

Peter.
