A great idea Brody. I can see a set of six all in different woods so people know which glass is there's.

I'm assuming you started out with a regular wine glass? How did you go about parting the glass from the stem?

Cheers mate. Had a couple with broken stems so made them safe on a wet stone grinder. I did play with an idea of making a jig using glass cutting wheels but I don't intend on making many. ...... famous last words eh:funny:

It's a stunner and I love the chattering:thumbs: I am glad you had broken glasses to use as I have never seen the point in breaking a completely good wine glass to make them.

Great idea Brody. Change the wood get a bit of top glass - multiply the price by 50 and wait for some banker to buy a set of them as a dinner party conversation piece. This is not entirely a joke:thinks::thumbs:
