I'm going to have to dig that hardy program out from somewhere sounds great. Not sure on the pus or pull part. Chas will know!

I think the Robert Hardy program is about the Battle of Agincourt.
I can recommend his book "Longbow: A Social and Military History".
And you pull not push. The triceps are stronger muscles than the biceps :thumbs:
