Hi all, Another great quality kit from Beaufort. Leveche fountain pen in Rose gold. I wrapped it in Alumilite resin. Used Blue dye with a tiny bit of white to get the right shade. Plus this gives the blue a solid look. Very enjoyable project and a great kit to put together. Leveche fountain...

I finally managed to get a pen turned. I bought this kit Months ago to make a pen for myself. I had one bit of spalted beech left that looked like it would turn well. Very impressed with the kit. I wasn't sure a high gloss finish would show the wood at it's best so I opted for 3 thin coats...

A friend asked if I could make them two pens in this kit one in a Blue and one in a Green Here they are: Kevin:banana:

I’ve had this blank lying around for over 6 months waiting for just the right pen kit to come along.

I thought if I combined two winds I might cook up a storm. The kit is a Beaufort Zephyr and the blank is a GPS Kirinite Cyclone

Hi I purchased a stainless steel British made Shakespeare pen kit. The pen did not turn out well I used Yew. I ended up using three blanks to make one pen. The blanks blew up on turning I ended up with holes in the wood and splits. The pen looks awful. It was not a cheap kit so I would like to...
