    Engineers Taps

Hi. Another set from a couple of years ago. My youngest son liked the pen and pencil that I had made for his brother and, with his birthday looming, I thought about making a present for him too. He is an engineer and makes steam engines (and has made pens - he bought me my starter kit)...

    First fp

Turning went well with the African blackwood, but the scratches were so difficult to get out despite using a screw at the end and going 400 grit to 12000 polish, also not impressed with the kit, the lid is a fraction off because the barrel provided is too long

    Made to Order

Another of the pens I made at the start of the week. This one was an especially requested necklace pen in pink with a little pzazz. I've not used this kit before - it was an easy one to work with - and the recipient is going to be so VERY pleased with this one. Tony
