    Help needed in identifying a tool

    I've spent the day watching instructional vids and I've finally sussed out how to use another tool...only I don't know what the tool is :) Would this be the right thread to post a pic? Cheers

    I have several tools which I no longer use and since I need some sandpaper I am willing to swap. This tool needs to be sharpened and is less than 1 year old.
