From my Grandson his wife Paolo great thanks for remembering her home in Columbia with the peace signing since annulled by their parliament he said then he bet their pen was no where near as nice as the window bullet pen I showed him. Pics I sent them. She was born in Columbia now Snr Psychologist at University where they live now.

Well I knew the day would come.

Had to have my little dog out down on Friday, been a very different weekend without him..:sob:

He was over 15 so he had done so well, will have another one but not until after my operation tho.

This week end I was working for a potter, he had made some porcelain pictures which he wanted to hang in wooden frames so I knocked some up; he will pay me in porcelain trivet inserts!! He has already taken 3 before these

An opportunistic bloke has been advertising for a long time to buy old watches. As a by product he told me he had a few old wind ups I could strip for my projects.

Too hot out in the w/shop so I stripped them inside.

Dragged out my old Jewellers Screw Driver and gave them a hurry up with the Diamond files they were tiny screws etc.

Unbolted the Maglamp from a wall in the shed and got into them..

Made a mental note get some quality mini screw drivers.

Looks like your going to be busy Peter

THe Docs got together and rescheduled some major meds Woody allowing me to get about and follow my passions. When I go to the Mall now for distance I use their 4 wheel scooter etc, great fun, I was so pleased to see you enjoyed your get away with your mates.

Spent yesterday at the club and got roped in to do some judging. Was going out there today but family turned up. Oh well there is always tomorrow.

Been busy in the workshop for the last 3 weeks with commissions the strangest of which were these bagpipe reed covers made from Delrin

Like the reed covers Doug I was asked once to make from scratch a full set of pipes from Ebony of course finding the Ebony was to be on me . I declined. Using Delrin was a master stroke mate so fits the bill.
